Discover Ortega's Tacos

Our Story

Grandma Ortega taught our family how to make tamales, enchiladas, beef tacos and Spanish rice. Our food truck features deep fried flour tacos inspired by her delicious recipe

Deep fried flour taco with seasoned beef topped with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Comes with a 2 oz side of medium spicy salsa. 

Beef Enchilada (catering only)

Seasoned ground beef with potato, onion, sweet peppers and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla in Grandma's flavorful mole sauce.
